We are excited to announce our upcoming Kennel Breakout fundraiser at the Patti Dale Animal Shelter, on Saturday, Feb 21st 2026.
Participants will be “locked in” a kennel with a shelter pet and will only be “released” once they reach their personal fundraising goal! Make a donation today to help us reach our goal and set our participants free!
In 2025, LAPS made a profound difference in the lives of animals in our community. Thanks to your support, we:
Provided a safe haven for the most vulnerable animals.
Facilitated over 360 adoptions of abandoned pets.
Reunited 276 lost animals with their families.
Spayed and neutered hundreds of animals.
Delivered thousands of pounds of pet food and urgent veterinary care to pets impacted by the economic and housing crisis.
It’s important to note that LAPS’ care for cats is 100% donor-funded.
