There will also be time to connect with nature, the magic and wisdom of horses and equestrian based healing, as well as sound healing, voice activation, and time to share with others, and allow them to meet who you truly are too! She believes however that we all have them, we just have to remove the extra noise. She is now trained in relational somatic therapy, psychedelic assisted therapy (via Nectara & Numinus), addictions recovery (via Gabor Mate), reiki/energy work, and other forms of intuitive work. After a car accident left her with a brain injury in 2019, she had her entire life and sense of self completely reset, and in that time learned these healing modalities, and applied them to herself as well in process. Allowing her to meet herself, and come into a fearless sense of self expression in the world; gaining an online presence, and sharing her voice and story through international forms of media-- now she wants to help others walk their paths to feel safe enough to shine brightly in the world. Through her journey with grief, she found the healing magic of horses, and reconnected to herself as well through them, adding more modalities as she went, each one showing up for her as they were needed. She always wanted to be a singer, and after being silenced in her life around that form of expression-- found her voice again, now she shares that beautiful gift with others, and encourages them to find their own voice as well.
