Are kids okay?

Children and strollers are welcome on all Public Sale Days starting on April 22nd. If possible, we are asking Shoppers to avoid bringing children along so that we can maintain lower numbers of people inside the building. Everyone over the age of 2 will be asked to wear a mask.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Yes! If you are unable to use your ticket, please feel free to give it to a friend.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

That is okay. We accept transferred tickets.

What's the refund policy?

There are no refunds on tickets (you may give your ticket to a friend to use). All sales at the event are final. No refunds or exchanges.
