As winter settles in and the festive season approaches, take a moment to pause, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session holds its own gentle theme, including a special Christmas Sound Bath filled with warmth, comfort & seasonal serenity.
🕒 Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm (doors open at 6.45pm)
💛 Admission: Free – fully funded by Lancashire County Council.
📍 Eligibility: Attendees must have a Ribble Valley postcode.
🧘♀️ What to Bring: Blanket, pillow, and mat for comfort.
Spaces are free but limited, so booking is essential.
