Runic Staðagaldr Workshop - Bec Raven Stark

Join Bec Raven Stark to explore the Elder Futhark Runes through runic yoga movements (easy) known as staða and chanting known as galdr.

Designed to suit all mobility levels (wheelchair uses included and those with mobility issues).

Take home a staðagaldr 'cheat sheet' to practise at home. Bring a chair or mat if standing is uncomfortable, poses will be adapted for both standing and seated participants.
