This will be a “Resource Night” for Perry County agencies.

We heard the feedback from providers last year and understand this information is valuable to all the providers, but we also understand it is hard to attend multiple trainings throughout the year on these topics. We're looking at providing the most effective training for the providers time. Now, this isn't to take away any information from the agencies, but to allow more providers to actually receive the training and resources. This is for ALL First Responders from our volunteer Firefighter to Paramedics, all are welcome.

We have 4 agencies currently on board (Perry County Area Agency on Aging, Children and Youth, Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland and Perry Counties, and Drug and Alcohol). The shared resources will empower all providers to more effectively assist the citizens of our communities, fostering collaboration among providers and agencies to enhance our county. This will be eligible for "local con-ed" by endorsement certificate from Landisburg EMS.

We are excited about the potential for increased collaboration and the opportunity to share best practices and insights within our community. In addition, we are exploring options for virtual training sessions to accommodate those who may have scheduling conflicts, ensuring that everyone has access to these valuable resources.
