𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀?
Horses are masters in embodiment and presence. They sense their surroundings (including us as human beings) extremely well. Being only in the present moment, they react in powerful, innocent and physical ways to our presence. We will explore bringing horses into our Circles, acknowledging them as equal participants. Everyone will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one meeting with a horse where we guide you into bringing more awareness and presence. Also on the menu: birthday circles / surrendered leadership circles among the horses / embodied leadership experiments.
We are hosted in 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, a stunning nature reserve with professional accommodation, a 30' drive from Leuven. The horses we will work together with are taken care of by Kheiron (𝗞𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻.𝗯𝗲). This organisation engages them in training activities with managers and teams on collaboration and leadership. They live in conditions that resemble their natural environment and way of living as much as possible: they live outside the whole year in a herd, the food and care they get are as natural as possible, stallions are not castrated... The natural way in which they live together enhances their reflective qualities and also makes them safe for inexperienced people.

Horses are prey and herd animals, strongly connected to each other and the environment; they are one breathing entity. They are super sensitive to everything around them, especially to us as predators. They live in the here and now and react directly and openly. That is why horses can mirror and confront us with ourselves sharply, from a position of connection and compassion. They mirror discrepancies, disharmony and tension in the individual and in the group. In this way, they contribute to self-knowledge, behavioural change, integration and restitution.

Transformational Connection is a fast-growing practice that guides you into a more profound experience of presence and connection.
Through this practice, we develop sensitivity and empathy, build capacities to better understand our impulses and intuitions, and learn to communicate our boundaries and longings more clearly.
In Transformational Connection, we bring meditative acceptance and awareness to what's happening in the moment by allowing our presence, aliveness, and truth to come into connection with another person or a group.

Pieter facilitates Circles since 2019 and has trained with Circling Europe intensively. He's a coach, trainer and partner for about 15 years at Van Kelst & Co, bringing Circling to business and leadership programs. Spending time in nature is where he finds truth, nourishment and support. Pieter workes with horses, trees and plants already more then ten years, exploring the depth and possibilities of connecting with nature beings.
