Join us for one of the Northwoods’ biggest and most beloved parades—featuring dozens of creative floats, classic hotrods, a tribute to our veterans, and special appearances by the Northland Pines High School Marching Band, former Indianapolis Colt Jake Witt, our 2025 Grand Marshal Sig Baake, and more exciting surprises!
Immediately After the Parade: Party in the Park!
Head over to Memorial Park for a live concert by the Dukes of Hudson, 20' tall water slides for adults & kids, adult & kids slip n’ slides, bounce houses for the littles, plus great food, cold drinks, and adult beverages served by the VFW Auxiliary!
2025 Parade Theme is OPEN Themed, Get creative and decorate your float however you’d like. Patriotic flair is highly encouraged. Floats will be judged based on Detail and Participation.
New This Year: Parade float introductions announced live on County Rd B near Charlie’s Northwoods Market by our official emcee!
Float Line-Up Details:
Line-up begins at 10:00 a.m. on Oak Street behind Headwaters Bank.
Floats must be lined up by 11:30 a.m. to be eligible for judging.
No M.C. introductions if you are not in place by 11:45 a.m.—no exceptions!
Parking Reminder:
Due to the parade’s growing size, in floats & attendance, please park off of County Rd. B for everyone’s safety. Do not Enter County Rd B following the Parade until foot traffic is clear. Free parking is available behind local businesses, at Memorial Park, the Town Hall, the Snowflake, Land O’ Lakes Elementary School, and in lots of closed businesses.
