- **Event Description**: This month we will enjoy hearing from Gary Bradshaw as he discusses his book about the history of Lancaster Moor Hospital.  Gary is a retired Mental Health nurse who trained at the Moor Hospital in the 1980's. When he retired after 30 years in Nursing, the Moor Hospital had closed down and much of it had been demolished. He decided to enquire into the history of the Asylum, and what started off as a project intended to be shared in a local Heritage Group ended up being published as a book by a local publisher.
