Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology will host the Winter 2025 TEMA Visionary Council Retreat & Entrepreneur’s Challenge, an immersive one-day event bringing together nationally recognized business growth experts, student entrepreneurs and Lancaster’s most forward-thinking business leaders.
The centerpiece of the day?
The TEMA Visionary Council Entrepreneur’s Challenge – where three student finalist teams will pitch real-world business ideas to a panel of experts. One winning team will walk away with a 12-month, $55,000 business coaching and mentoring package, including access to TEMA’s proprietary tools.
Open to all entrepreneurs, business owners and Thaddeus Stevens College students, the day will feature panel discussions, rapid-fire coaching sessions and three powerhouse guest speakers from across multiple industries:

Daniel Edwards, health and wellness coach.
The TEMA Visionary Council, is a curated think tank of strategists, brand architects, and venture builders, will be open to Lancaster attendees rare access to some of the brightest minds in business.
