About Stay Present, Not Perfect:
Join Dee Dee Doling-Dade, LISW-S for a follow-up session exploring the three “How” skills of mindfulness: Non-Judgmentally, One-Mindfully, and Effectively.
Through guided practice and real-life examples, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Quiet self-criticism and perfectionism
✨ Focus on one thing at a time
✨ Respond with intention instead of reaction
Perfection isn’t the goal, presence is.
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more capable of handling life’s chaos with calm.
About Dee Dee Doling-Dade:
Dee Dee Doling-Dade is a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping people slow down, breathe, and reconnect. With degrees from Ohio University and The Ohio State University, Dee Dee has spent over 15 years guiding individuals and families through life’s toughest moments.
From her early days in youth and family crisis work to leading clinical teams at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Dee Dee has seen firsthand how mindfulness can calm and focus.
Now, as founder of 3D Pathways,LLC and Founder and Executive Director of 3D Living, she brings a down-to-earth approach to mindfulness — blending DBT and CBT techniques with real-life tools that anyone can use. Join her for a class where science meets serenity (and maybe a few laughs along the way).
