Instruction will be led by John Laughlin, an American Canoe Association (ACA) Level 2 Kayak Instructor, who has years of paddling and instructional experience. The class emphasizes building confidence while developing the skills needed to enjoy Pennsylvania's lakes, rivers, and waterways safely.
