# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Sound Journey in Lancaster - Quaker House 7pm Wednesday 19.11 £15
- **Event Start and End Date**: Wed, 19 Nov, 2025 at 07:00 pm
- **Event Description**: Enjoy a clearing Energy Reset!

This will feature 2 Sonic Gongs tuned to the Earth and Star Chakras, 7 432hz Crystal Singing Bowls each tuned to the major chakras, Solfeggio Wind Chimes and a rainmaker.

We will do some quick breathing exercises, a small meditative practice, I'll read a meditative poem and then we will go into our full hour long Sound Journey. Taking a break away from our routines for an hour and travelling through the array of Sounds which come from these healing instruments.

Sound Journeys alleviate stress, anxiety and allow for an over active mind to relax.

A common feedback is a great night's sleep.

They allow for our muscles to relax, reducing tension and allowing physical healing to occur. Enhancing the vibration of the atoms (we are all made of) to a positive/higher frequency, matching that which is produced through the healing instruments.

People have experienced great results in combating stress, anxiety, insomnia, aiding the healing of injuries, while also giving a clearing energy boost.

Even if you don't experience these things give yourself a relaxing energy top up, which will naturally release tension. Experiences can be quite profound depending where you are at in life. Some people receive guidance or subconscious explanations they previously found hard to work out - this is the benefit of a relaxed mind.

Tickets will be £15
