You are warmly invited to a gentle sound session where you lie down and enter a deep state of relaxation to the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum and voice.

Time of arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in as doors will be locked promptly on the hour.
Please bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable lying on the floor (yoga mat, blanket, cushions etc).
