� NEW EVENT! I'm so excited to launch this event with my friend and colleague, Roisin Passenger (physiotherapist, pilates instructor and wellbeing coach)...
We are passionate about supporting women in their late 30s-50s who are dealing with changing hormones, parenthood, caring responsibilities, relationship challenges, potentially late ADHD diagnosis, and questioning what they want from their career.
We have therefore carefully created a gentle, nourishing day retreat to help women who may be struggling to step out of survival mode. Held in the peaceful surroundings of The Gathering Fields, Lancaster, it is an opportunity to slow down, reflect and connect with other like-minded women who 'get it'.

� Coaching-based reflection to explore unhelpful assumptions, thoughts and beliefs and find more compassionate perspectives that help us to ease pressure on ourselves.
� Understanding the role of nutrition and gut health in energy, emotional wellbeing, and resilience.
� Gentle, mindful Pilates focused on breath, posture, and body awareness (no prior experience needed).
� Guided meditation
� Time outdoors, including a slow nature walk and simple nature-based mindfulness practices.
� Journalling and reflection to help you integrate key learnings and decide what you’ll take forward.
� A supportive, non-judgemental environment with no pressure to share, perform, or keep up.
