- **Event Description**: With the evenings getting a little lighter as spring arrives, we’ll be gathering again for the next Peace Film Night on Sunday 29 March from 6–8pm at The Gregson.

As usual, we’ll be showing a small collection of calm, thoughtful short films chosen to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The films are always non-violent and free from distressing themes or harsh language, so the evening feels easy to settle into.

Peace Film Night is simply a gentle community space where we all can sit together, watch something thoughtful, and spend a quiet couple of hours away from the noise of everyday life.

Entry is free, and everyone is very welcome. If people feel able to, we’ll again be collecting optional donations for The Eddington Kendal CIC, a wonderful community organisation supporting people across Kendal and the South Lakes with food support, social connection projects, wellbeing activities, and practical help for those who may be struggling.

We’re also very grateful for the continued support of Diverse Nation, who kindly help make Peace Film Night possible. Diverse Nation provide neurodiversity-friendly accommodation designed with sensory-aware and inclusive principles, helping create environments where people can feel safe and comfortable.
