In her role, she oversees the Pennsylvania Department of Education and works closely with school districts across the Commonwealth on issues including student achievement, teacher recruitment and retention, mental health, and workforce readiness. Dr. Rowe is a strong advocate for expanding college and career pathways, including dual enrollment opportunities, literacy initiatives, and programs that prepare students for an evolving economy.
