We'll likely start at 5:15 so you can grab some coffee or tea and settle in!

***Please note this is a group training led by ADAMH specifically about mental health care. The meeting is not a substitute for a clinical practitioner's advice or care.

We'll hold office hours every Thursday in 2025 (at least for six months; if y'all don't drop by, we'll stop holding them).

Sometimes we'll have activities planned. Sometimes we won't, and we'll just hang out with like-minded folks.

When we have a planned activity, it's because we have a volunteer host! Hosts plan and organize a supportive conversation, a fun craftivism, a how-to learning session, an educational speaker...or anything else they can imagine! (Want to be a host? Email info@fairdems.com for a link to the signup)
