An inclusive and affirming retreat for all women in historic, progressive, downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  Start your day with mindful reflection guided by Coach Liz, processing through movement (accessible yoga taught by Cassandra) and then enjoy a lovely group lunch with retreat guests.  You are free to enjoy an afternoon of activities with the group with options for continued mindfulness, time in nature, shopping, spa and salon visits, crafts and more or take some space to enjoy the 300+ boutiques, cafes, galleries, markets, etc. of walkable Lancaster City.  Our group reconvenes for dinner together to share the adventures of our day.We check-in to the Lancaster Arts Hotel with our welcome gathering Thursday evening, 7 pm and our program continues through dinner Saturday evening.  Guests are encouraged to book a room at the Lancaster Arts Hotel with our special group rate but are also welcome to commute from home or stay elseware.  The retreat package includes retreat activites, group meals and transportation around the city. Jeffries Info: Not an official part of the retreat package but for our third year offering this retreat, our guests requested additional time together.  As retreat leaders, Cass, Liz and Kristy already planned to check-in to the hotel on Wednesday evening.  We invite any guests who wish to travel in early to join us for a toast at the John J. Jeffries organic, farm-to-table bar inside the Lancaster Arts Hotel.  This is an unofficial beginning to our weekend, it is not a part of the retreat package: food, drink, transportation and activities are an additional cost to the guest.🕑: 11:00 AM - 06:30 PMThursday Day - Bonus Spa Day, Visit to Gallery Grow & The Conway RoomInfo: Not an official part of the retreat package but Cass, Liz and Kristy will be starting their morning at DRIFT Spa to settle into the retreat before setting off on different adventures in the city.  Liz will be heading to Gallery Grow (a favorite activity from our 2025 Retreat) to style a new plant creation to take home.  A little later in the afternoon, Cass is leading guests to knock on the door of her favorite Speakeasy for a pre-retreat stunning cocktail or mocktail.  This is an unofficial beginning to our weekend, it is not a part of the retreat package: food, drink, transportation and activities are an additional cost to the guest.🕑: 07:00 PM - 08:30 PMThursday Evening Welcome ReceptionInfo: Join us for a relaxed Welcome Reception with delicious hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Come exactly as you are,  travel-tired, cozy, dressed up, or dressed down,  and meet the women you’ll be sharing this experience with.
We’ll gather in an easy, welcoming circle to introduce ourselves, share intentions, and begin creating the supportive space that will hold us through the days of rest, healing, and transformation ahead.  This is the official beginning to the retreat package, from this moment forward all group meals, provided transportation and official retreat activities are included in the retreat package.🕑: 09:00 AM - 02:00 PMFriday & Saturday Mornings Through Lunchtime Info: Friday and Saturday unfold in the heart of Historic Downtown Lancaster City, where our boutique hotel sits just steps from hundreds of cafés, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and hidden gems waiting to be discovered together.
Each morning begins the same way: with gentle mindset coaching to open your heart and clarify what you’re ready to release or receive, followed by accessible, nurturing yoga to help your body process and integrate that inner work. Chair yoga is always available; every body is welcome here.
From there, we wander into the city for leisurely lunches and curated dining experiences, savoring a variety of local flavors.🕑: 02:00 PMFriday Afternoon Adventure Options & DinnerInfo: Throughout our days, we offer guided experiences and optional adventures, from visiting the oldest continuously operating farmers market in the country to hands-on creative workshops. Each year brings something new: from planting living art to, in 2026, designing your own jewelry, a beautiful symbol of what you’re creating within yourself.  Friday is our glow-up Girls-Night-Out dinner to a beautiful fine dining restaurant that is LGBTQ+ owned.  🕑: 02:00 PM - 09:00 PMSaturday Afternoon Shopping & Girls Night InInfo: Saturday is our afternoon of shopping with legendary stylist Lindsey Taub.  Saturday evening's finale is our beloved Girls’ Night In, where we gather at the hotel to create something beautiful together, this year crafting our own signature-scented spa products to take home as a reminder of your time here.   We would love a fashion show from those who shopped and will close out the night with a supportive sharing circle.  By the end of these days, something subtle and powerful has shifted. Friendships bloom. Walls soften. Women leave lighter, more connected, and carrying the magic of this sisterhood long after the retreat ends.Sunday Morning Check-OutInfo: Our retreat officially ends Saturday evening but Sunday morning is always filled with big hugs and even bigger smiles as we say our goodbyes, checking out of our beautiful hotel and preparing our travels home.
