Girl Power

For girls ages 12-18. Teen girls will explore ways to build strengths, leadership skills, and relationships in this 8-week program.

For Teen Girls ages 12-18 (12 years old by 6/6/25)

Girl Power! New Horizons Mental Health Services is offering an 8-Week program of self-discovery and empowerment for teen girls. The aim is aim to create a safe space, encouraging girls to celebrate their strengths, develop leadership, create connections, and embrace their journey of self-discovery.

The "Girl Power" group is taught by Sarah Lang, LISW-S, LICDC, a Licensed Independant Social Worker. The participants will make lifelong mentors and interact with local women leaders. We are committed to mentoring the next generations of strong girls and supporting them to unlock their best selves.
