- **Event Description**: Yes, it's getting pretty chilly at night, but we must take advantage of having as much drumming fun in the great outdoors as we can before winter really kicks in.
So if the weather is favorable, let's gather on the top of the Dexter Drumlin in Lancaster to drum for the rising full moon.  Not only is this the Harvest Moon, but I believe it will also be a "super moon", in that it will appear larger than normal.
Bring a drum, a folding chair and a flashlight.  
Dress warm!
I will have a couple frame drums to loan, but for the most part, people need to lug their own stuff up that hill.
Park along the stone wall and the trailhead is by the kiosk which is midway down the wall.  It's about a 5 minute walk to the crest of the drumlin.
If it's raining or otherwise totally clouded over, we'll cancel the gathering.
This is free and open to anyone who wants to attend.
