Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, Shannon will lead us through an immersive experience to foster a deep connection with the Earth, and give us the opportunity to slow down, open our hearts, and reflect on the theme of finding hope in today’s world. 

The cost for this event is $25. Space is limited to 10 guests – reserve your spot today using the ticket link. 

Generally easy terrain. About a mile or so. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
