Feng Shui for the Body is an embodied experience that explores how principles of feng shui live within the body before they ever show up in our homes or workspaces.
Through gentle movement, guided awareness, breath, and visualization, this class invites you to experience the body as your first home â with thresholds, pathways, and places that benefit from support and flow. Rather than focusing on fixing or effort, the practice emphasizes receptivity, regulation, and alignment.
This class is designed to help you:

â˘Understand how energy, movement, and environment are connected
â˘Experience feng shui principles directly, without needing prior knowledge
â˘Leave grounded, clear, and more connected to yourself
