Christmas/Winter Solstice Workshop with full Sound Bath

Warm up your Christmas Spirits and join for some Christmas cheer. We will discuss the traditions of this time year, raise our energy with Breathwork, get into the Merriment with Laughing Yoga, have a themed Xmas meditation and partake in gift making - which you will be able to take home with you. All rounded off with a Sound Bath, conducting through 2 Gongs (Earth & Star Chakra tuned, 7 Quartz Crystal 432hz singing bowls and a Rainmaker)!
