New England’s largest animal welfare celebration is back — and bigger than ever.

Join thousands of animal lovers for a full afternoon dedicated to compassion, community, and fun for both people and pets. Set on the spacious, pet-friendly Lancaster Fairgrounds — complete with grass, shade, and even a dog-friendly pond — Pet Rock Fest brings together more than 150 rescue groups and animal welfare organizations from across the region.

Whether you're looking to adopt, learn, shop, or simply spend a great day surrounded by animals, there's something for everyone.

Plus, free and low-cost pet services are planned again this year, including microchipping and rabies vaccinations provided by VCA Hospitals.

Since 1999, Pet Rock Fest has donated nearly $1 million to animal-related charities, supporting shelters, sanctuaries, advocacy efforts and more. Every year, the festival continues to grow — but the mission remains the same: giving animals a voice and bringing together a community that cares.
