Come and join us for the 6-week course (cost £30) or just pop in for one session (£5 or donation of your choice). These are practice sessions where Nicola combines: 

? mindful practices (noticing how you're breathing and sensations in your body) 

?  relaxing breath patterns (for times when you're feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and want to improve your sleep) 

? more energising practices (for times when you feel tired and need more energy).
