Looking to dispose of your unwanted household items? Residents can bring tires without rims, home appliances, furniture, and more to this free event!

On Saturday, August 23, 2025, Kern County Public Works, in partnership with Cesar Chavez Environmental Corps and Lamont Sanitation, will be hosting a FREE Bulky Waste Collection Event from 8 a.m.to 12 p.m. at the Lamont Branch Library.
