The Healing Waters Qigong Retreat is a unique experience blending the restorative power of Qigong practice with the rejuvenating elements of nature, inspired by the principles of Daoist medicine.

What to Expect

Elemental Qigong Practices:
Dedicated to enhancing our connection to the Elements in the Nature around us and inside us, in our practice sessions we will work with the five elements of Daoist medicine.

We will practice looking at the sea horizon and the mountains, opening our energy channels and developing a deep sense of rootedness.
We will explore each of the elements through practicing the 5 Animal forms but also various different QiGong such as the 8 Brocades, the Dragon form and others.

Roxani has more than 20 years of experience in QiGong and her teaching is enriched by the inner directions of Nei Gong, the deep knowledge of the meridian system through acupuncture and the application of the Alexander Technique.

Healing Hot Springs:
Begin and end each day with therapeutic soaks in Edipsos’ legendary mineral-rich hot springs. Known for their healing properties since ancient Greece, the Hot Springs of Hercules, where the hero recovered between his trials, nourish the body and calm the mind and are now a treatment prescribed for over 20 conditions.

Seaside Renewal:
Spend time by or in the Sea, absorbing the invigorating energy of the ocean, enhancing the retreat’s focus on water as a source of life and transformation.

Local Hospitality:
Enjoy comfortable accommodation and savour delicious breakfast and group dinners at a traditional local restaurant, offering an authentic taste of Greek culture and cuisine.

In your free moments, you are invited to deepen your healing journey with a private treatment guided by Christina Kouri, who brings over 25 years of experience in the healing arts. Christina offers one-to-one Zen Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, and Reiki sessions, or a harmonious blend of these therapies. Her intuitive touch and presence support the flow of energy cultivated through Qigong, amplifying relaxation, renewal, and inner balance.
