As the school year comes to a close, the Evergreen Yoga family invites adults and children to return to the forest for our annual Family Yoga Retreat — a three-day gathering in nature filled with yoga, play, laughter, and connection.


In the peaceful setting of the Evergreen Project, surrounded by trees and mountain trails, families are invited to slow down and rediscover the simple joy of being together. Through yoga, hiking, storytelling around the fire, and creative games, we’ll explore ways to connect — with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.


Over these three days, children and adults will share moments of joint practice as well as separate sessions designed for their own pace and needs. Through movement, play, and presence, we’ll learn from one another and from the forest itself.


This retreat is open to families with children of all ages, parents or guardians — anyone wishing to spend mindful, joyful time in nature and community.


Come as you are and join us for a weekend of connection, simplicity, and playfulness in the heart of the forest.
