The Art of Receiving is an invitation to experience what you, as a woman, were built for.

If you're exhausted, it may not be because you're doing too much. It may be because you've forgotten how to receive.

You've become incredibly good at doing, fixing, striving, and holding everything together while being conditioned to live from the mind instead of allowing your body's wisdom to lead.

You've been taught that you have to do, prove, or earn your way into the life, love, rest, abundance, and support you desire.

But what if none of that were true?

As women, we are created to receive, yet we've been conditioned to believe we have to constantly give, prepare, control, and perform before we can fully let life in.

Receiving is not of the mind. It is the natural state of a body that feels safe enough to let life in.

In this experience, we'll explore receiving through life, relationships, love, nature, and the body itself. Through guided practices, gentle somatic movement, interactive discussion, and shared reflection, you'll begin to recognize your own patterns around receiving and remember what becomes possible when your body no longer believes it has to earn what it longs for.

You don't have to learn how to receive. You simply have to remember.

Body-led living is the way home.

This experience is for women in female bodies.

*Attendees will be required to sign a waiver before the session begins*

This experience will be led by Andrea Lynn Diaz of Awakened To Vitality.

Andrea Lynn Diaz Bio

Andrea helps people return to their true nature through body wisdom, intuition, and self-trust. She believes body-led living is the way home, guiding others to cultivate deeper presence, clarity, and authentic living through a more connected relationship with themselves.
