You will be guided with love and intention to explore the inner landscape, to release what no longer serves, in order to bring the body & mind into a relaxed state conducive to healing. Leading you closer to your truth, as you align with peace & harmony. Dress to comfort. Layers are recommended as you will be reclined for this meditative experience. 

***Please bring a mat, blankets and pillows and any items that keep you cozy. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the event starts to settle in. 
***Doors will be locked at 5:10pm. If you arrive after 5:10pm, you will not be permitted into the class. Any disturbances after the Sound Bath has begun takes away from the entire experience. 

Meet Katya: Katya Seymour ~ E-RYT 200 YACEP ; Sound Therapist & Educator; Gong Yoga Nidra Practitioner; Gong Therapist; International Retreat Facilitator; Reiki Master Leading with humor, compassion and integrity, Katya reminds you that you belong exactly as you are, no matter where you are. Mindful and engaging, she believes that intention is EVERYTHING. Katya’s Ukrainian roots and multicultural upbringing have fueled her wanderlust and thirst for all forms of communication. Be it through movement, sound or energy work.With extensive training and experience in the field of sound therapy/healing Katya uses a variety of high vibrational instruments to take you on a journey through sound and closer to your true essence.
