Public Hearing on Plans for the Strand

I guess we all knew that it was too good to be true that the Strand Theater would be revitalized for the enjoyment of the community.

LETS SHOW UP IN FORCE to the meeting on FEBRUARY 26th at 730pm at the Acme to STOP this WEDDING HALL.

WHAT THEY PROMISED on their website (photo 1)- Small retail at the lighting store and revitalization of the Strand Theater for community use (“weddings” completely removed from the description)

WHAT THEY ARE NOW REQUESTING VARIANCES FOR in the certified letter received by the impacted residents (photo 2) - Lighting store to become entrance to the event center to host weddings and corporate events of up to 150 people!! (with only 50 parking spots!!!)

WE MUST STOP THIS OVER DEVELOPMENT !! WE KNOW ITS JUST THE BEGINNING!w
