- **Event Description**: Red Rock Central High School Music Department will present its Classics Concert on Monday evening, March 2, at 7:00 PM.  The performance will be given in the high school auditorium and will feature selections the band and choir will be performing for our sub-section 9 large group contest.

This year’s large group contest will be hosted by the Redwood Valley School’s music department on Wednesday, March 11.  The bands will be performing in the auditorium beginning at 9:00 AM and finishing by 12:00 PM.  The choirs will perform on stage from 1:00-3:00 PM.  Seven bands and eight choirs from area schools are scheduled to perform at this year’s event.  The Red Rock Central band performs at 9:00 am and the choir is at 1:30 pm.  The day is free and open to the public and we would love to see some familiar faces in the audience.   

Please join us on Monday evening, March 2, at 7:00 PM for our Classics Concert.

The choir director is Jamie Derickson, the band director is Tasha Frasher and the choral accompanist is Peggy Martius.
