- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 10 Oct, 2026 at 10:00 am – Sat, 10 Oct, 2026 at 12:30 pm (+02:00)
- **Event Description**: 10/10 — RELEASE & REWRITE: A Somatic Release & Hypno-Meditation
You can know that something is over, and still feel connected to it. A relationship. A conversation. A decision. A moment that still feels unfinished.

10/10 is an invitation to release what you’ve been carrying and make space for what comes next.

✨We begin with somatic release: a body-based practice using movement, shaking and breath to release physical tension and stress. From there, we move into grounding, energetic protection and a guided hypno-meditation.
✨You’ll be invited to revisit something from your past, rewrite your experience and release what you no longer want to carry. You don’t need to choose a specific moment beforehand, whatever is ready to come up can unfold naturally during the meditation.
✨We’ll close with an inner-child moment, an oracle card ritual, and time to land and connect over tea and a selection of healthy snacks.

This experience is for you if you feel ready to move on, but something still feels stuck, you want to release physical tension and accumulated stress and you are ready to stop giving your energy to situations that are over

No previous experience with meditation or somatic practices is needed.
