Please bring a mat

We have underfloor heating and lovely panoramic views from Calpe - Benidorm looking out its beautiful setting helping us connect with nature.

blankets and cushions a pen and note book as you will be lying down for the sound experience and wear layers

Prompt start 1pm

so please arrive and park by 12.45pm

What to bring

a lovely afternoon tea nipples & cakes and and herbal teas.

please bring

1 x mat / sleeping bag to sit and lye on i have spares

2 x cushions

2 x blankets for gong bath so you don't get cold

I will have spares

a note book and pen for journaling

if there are any injuries' please make sure you have your doctors consent it wont be anything strenuous can you email me and notify me on the day any knee or back issues so I can give you modifications.

You can look forward to an afternoon to decompress mentally and emotionally detox reconnect with calm joy hope and purpose.
