This small group meet-up will incorporate a brief scripture reading/discussion, 5 minute stretching, 30 minute workout session with contemporary/upbeat Christian music, and 5 minutes of cool down & a prayer circle. First time attendee- $20 (Includes welcome gift) Returning attendee - $10. Price is used to cover instructor fee + use of 5 lb. weights and gym mat. Welcome to bring your own equipment if preferred. Meet-ups are beginner friendly and 5-25 attendees max. Please wear clothes you can move easily in, gym shoes and have a full water bottle. Workout will be at your own risk, please do not over-work yourself, only do what you can! Can't wait to see you!
