About the event

Therapeutic Improv for Women, A 6-Week Creative & Courage-Building Journey
A 6-week therapeutic improv course for women to grow, play, build confidence, and practice bravery in a supportive, creative community.

About this Event

A new way for women to connect, create, and practice bravery — together.

Therapeutic Improv is not about being funny, performing, or acting.
It’s about play, embodiment, curiosity, and connection.
It’s about learning who you are when you finally have permission to drop the pressure, the comparison, the competition, and the “good girl” script.

This 6-week course invites women into a supportive, trauma-informed space where creativity, courage, and community come together to spark real personal growth.

Through improv exercises, embodied exploration, and reflective conversations, you’ll reconnect with your playful spirit, try on new roles, examine patterns that hold you back (like people-pleasing or shrinking), and practice showing up as your truest self.

Whether you're rebuilding confidence, seeking community, wanting to expand your creativity, or simply craving laughter and lightness — you belong here.

🌿 What You’ll Experience

Each week includes:

  • Gentle warm-ups for voice, body, and imagination
  • Collaborative improv exercises designed for growth, not performance
  • Playful scenes and character work
  • Reflection and discussion around real-life patterns and experiences
  • Connection with a consistent, supportive group of women
  • A safe environment to practice bravery, boundaries, self-expression, and creative risk-taking

You do not need improv experience — just a willingness to show up.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of the 6 weeks, participants often report:

  • Feeling more confident and grounded in themselves
  • A deeper sense of connection and belonging
  • Greater clarity around personal patterns and boundaries
  • Increased creativity, spontaneity, and emotional flexibility
  • Practice taking up space, using their voice, and being witnessed
  • Relief from perfectionism and pressure
  • More laughter, more joy, and more freedom
