Swifties, yogis, and everyone in between—get ready to flow through an all-levels yoga class set to Taylor Swift’s greatest hits, all while supporting a great cause!

We’ll start with deep breaths (Breathe (Inhale, Exhale, Taylor’s Version)) before easing into a flow that’ll have you feeling like You Belong with Me(ditation). Expect a little Wildest Dreams stretching, some Cruel Summer core work, and of course, a Downward Dog All Too Well. And when it’s time for savasana? Just remember: All’s Well That Ends in Savasana.

Guided by your Fearless yoga teacher Becky (Verner) McDermott, this class blends the wisdom of Evermorewith the joy of Shake It Off. 🍂💃

💖 All proceeds from this class will be donated to Joel’s Place for Children, a Cleveland-based nonprofit that provides free grief support to school-aged children and their families after the death of someone special.
