It may sound awkward to say that your work is a ministry, but if your work involves your call to service in the world, your desire to help people find and experience their passion, and to help your clients live better lives, your work in my opinion, is very much a ministry.

Spirituality centered leadership is leadership grounded not just in your way or work, but your way of life, not just in how you operate, but how you care for those who work for you, and not how much you know or can control, but how capable you are to listen and trust.

This presentation includes meaningful learnings from nearly twenty years of ministry and in six years as lead minister at Mile Hi Church.

Rev. Josh Reeves is Lead Minister at Mile Hi Church in Lakewood, CO and has been a minister for nearly twenty-years serving as well in Seal Beach, CA. He is Nancy June and Gavin's Dad. He just finished his fifth book, Sacred Time: Finding True Peace in a Busy World.
