Do you have an interest in vehicle based search and rescue? Are you curious about vehicle recovery practices? Do you want to learn more trails in Colorado? 

We are opening our onboarding process for the first cohort of 2026! 

We typically onboard 2 cohorts each year, one in April and one in July. To pursue membership with Colorado 4x4 Rescue and Recovery, you must: 

-Attend a Prospective Member Informational Session (held in March and June)
-Submit an application post session

Prospective Member Informational Session: 

We encourage all interested parties to join us in person in Lakewood, but we want to reach the entire state, so please feel free to join us online at the below link.

This is the mandatory first step to membership. Board members, current members, and our Field Operations Team will: 
-Share our Organization history and mission 
-Explain our search and rescue niche
