Join Lianna Hiler for this specialized partner session. This class is designed to bring you and your friend/partner closer, both physically and emotionally, through the practice of yoga asana. Instead of moving alone, you work together in balance, alignment, and breath. Practicing yoga this way builds trust, connection, and joy.
We will close practice with a warm ojas rejuvenating drink
In this playful workshop, you’ll:
• Collaborate in Poses: Practice fun and supportive partner yoga poses that challenge your balance and encourage teamwork.
• Synchronize Your Breath: Learn breathing techniques to move in harmony with your partner and the group.
•Feel Stronger with Support: Experience how the assistance of a partner can help you go deeper into stretches, hold poses longer, and achieve positions you might not manage on your own.
