Many of us are interested in meditation and mindfulness practices but don’t know where to start or where to find a group. 

I am a local, certified meditation instructor, working toward further certification in SOMA - Science of Mindful Awareness - and will be offering free meditation classes beginning July 30 @ 7pm in the Bowers Chapel at Lakewood Congregational Church. 

Classes will be no more than an hour in length and are open to all experience levels, especially beginners.
