- **Event Description**: Team tryouts for CO Starz Dance & Cheer Teams ages 5-16 are coming! Everyone does make the team, however we believe tryouts are an important part of any Dance or cheer career and we want to expose our students to them as early as possible, plus it gives students a feeling of belonging and ownership of the team. Getting their name called and handed their practice T-shirt alongside their new teammates is an experience they will never forget! No experience is necessary, students do not need to prepare anything, parents are welcome to observe. We will start with a warm-up and stretch, some basic Cheer, across the floor dance, and then learn the beginning of the dance routine they will perform at the Denver Nuggets game as well as take to competition in the spring. Students are encouraged to spend the school year with us, however month-to-month memberships are available. 
Practice times:
Preschool combo (ages 3-5, no tryouts) are 5-6pm, 
Mini dance and cheer team (ages 5-7) will practice Mondays 5:30 to 6:30 PM, 
Jr‘s ages 8 to 12 practice 6 PM to 7:30 PM, and we are currently beginning a waitlist for our Teen team ages 13 through 16 who will practice 6:00 to 8 PM once we have a team. 
$$$:
Tuition is $60/$70/$80/$90 by age. Scholarships, Fundraisers, and payment plans available. 
Uniforms are a one time purchase, trade up in size as your child grows. 
We are performance based team and we get the kids performing in the community often! Text “JEFFCOTRYOUTS” to 720-435-6689 to register or for more information. All we need is your name/email and your child’s name/age/T-shirt size.
Tryouts are 5:30-7:30 pm mtn time 9/14 (I don’t know why Facebook shows it as eastern time but it doesn’t seem to be something I have the ability to change)
