Every activity is designed to be process-focused, imperfect, and shared, with an emphasis on creativity, bravery, and connection rather than outcomes or skill. The goal is to engage in a meaningful occupation that fosters joy, connection, and self-discovery. OTs are experts in adapting activities so everyone can participate fully, regardless of experience, comfort level, or ability.This is not an art class and not therapy, but it is deeply supportive and restorative.
