- **Event Description**: Our final Cold Roll of 2026 is upon us! One last chance to get your bikes out before our season opener in May and get your ride and gear dialed in for the long season ahead.

We're starting close to home in Lakewood this week, pedaling away from Madison Park at 1 PM this Saturday.

We'll be gathering near the main parking lot in the southern part of the park off of Athens Avenue; meet up with us any time after 12:30.

We'll be joined by our friends from Bike Lakewood at this ride. Bike Lakewood is a volunteer-led advocacy group for people who bike and walk in Lakewood and a local chapter of Bike Cleveland.

After the ride representatives from the group will be hanging out at Flour and Bean Art Cafe at the Screw Factory directly across the street from the park on Athens, to answer questions about their advocacy work and talk about ongoing initiatives in the area.

As with all out off-season rides, this event will not be fully squad-supported, so make sure your bike is in decent shape before you roll out, and try to carry basic bike tools along with a tube that fits your bike just in case; we're certain to have folks who can assist with problems along for the ride with us, but insulate yourself from an unpleasant afternoon by coming prepared.
