Women ONLY Self Defense Seminar | Ages 13+

Ladies! Bring your mother, daughter, sister, or friend and increase your situational awareness and confidence to react and defend yourself in uncomfortable situations by learning the valuable basics in the most efficient form of self-defense… JIU JITSU!

This class is designed for anyone and no prior experience is necessary! There is nothing more important than being able to protect yourself, or the ones you love. YOU are worth defending! Instruction and training will be provided by certified Gracie instructors from Resilience Martial Arts.

You will learn:
- How to break free from an attacker who grabs you without warning
- How to avoid being taken to the ground by a determined attacker
- How to escape from underneath an attacker who has you pinned

Details:
Absolutely no experience is necessary! This seminar is designed for first-time students and is suitable for ages 13+ (Note: girls under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult). Please wear comfortable pants with no zippers and a t-shirt (long or short sleeve). No shorts, tank tops or crop tops, please!
