Teresa has been teaching this popular class for over eight years, and brings deep knowledge, plenty of encouragement, and a whole lot of fun. You'll learn how to create and care for your own sourdough starter, understand the science behind long fermentation, and leave with a full set of instructions and recipes- including Teresa's tried-and-true method developed over years of baking. Best of all, you'll get to bring home a 150-year-old San Francisco sourdough starter to hand down to the next generation! In this class, you will take home all recipes, full instructions, and a sourdough starter, as well as tips to support your baking journey. This class is hands-on, interactive, and great for beginners or anyone looking to improve their sourdough game.
