This months destination is Iran! Our Persian dinner will contain a whole spread of traditional and authentic Persian foods from Iran! Persian culture and food is one of the oldest still around today and much of today's cuisine from around the world is in part inspired by Persian cuisine. An uncommon style in our part of the world, this is your chance to try authentic food you just can’t get anywhere nearby! In true persian style food will be served family style at each table, so bring some friends and enjoy! *Ghormeh Sabzi - Herbal stew with lamb. The national dish of Iran! *Tahdig - Also known as scorched rice. Saffron rice with a crispy layer for eating with any stew or meat. *Mirza Ghassemi - A northern Iranian dish made with smokey eggplant, tomato, garlic, and eggs served with bread. *Salad Shirazi - A fresh salad made from chopped tomato, cucumbers, onions, fresh parsley and mint, and tossed with a sour grape juice. *Mast-o Musir - Traditional yogurt with chopped shallots *Kebab Koobideh - Traditional Persian kebabs made from beef. *Jujeh Kebab - Persian kebabs made from grilled chicken. *Persian Love Cake - Cake flavored with fragrant rose, tangy citrus, cardamon, topped with sweet lemon glaze, and a sprinkle of crushed rose petals and pistachios. $65 per person | Limited seating | Reservations required ? 419-960-7085 About "The Global Table"...
