ROC Response: Basic Trauma Skills

In this 2-hour, hands-on class, you'll learn how to take control when seconds matter. Designed specifically for women, this training covers basic trauma response, bleeding control, and life-saving interventions until professional help arrives. You'll leave empowered to act—not freeze—in the face of emergency.

✅ What you'll learn:

How to assess a patient in crisis

Bleeding control: bandages, wound types, and wound packing

Tourniquet application, including makeshift options

When and how to apply a chest seal

Basic airway management & CPR overview

Recognizing heat stroke, allergic reactions, and Florida-specific threats like snake bites

🎯 This class introduces you to essential trauma skills and previews the more advanced 8-hour certification course ($300) coming soon.

No prior medical experience is needed. You’ll leave empowered with real, practical tools you can use to protect your family and community.
