At Notta Gallery, we invite you to experience this ancient movement art in the fresh air of Munn Park, surrounded by trees, sunlight, and the creative energy of downtown Lakeland.
This gentle, self-paced practice is non-competitive and welcoming to all levels, from complete beginners to longtime practitioners. Through slow, intentional movement, Tai Chi helps improve balance, posture, flexibility, coordination, and strength, while also calming the nervous system and easing stress. Many students find it supports smoother walking, steadier standing, and more relaxed daily movement.
Each session includes a 4-oz fresh, masticated wellness juice from Notta Gallery’s juice bar, with the option to purchase additional cold-pressed blends to deepen your post-practice glow.
Classes are held outdoors in Munn Park (weather permitting): just wear comfortable shoes and clothing you can move easily in. Come breathe, move, and reset. A calm body. A clear mind. A beautiful place to be.
Beginners always welcome. No prior experience needed — just bring yourself.
